I am definitely going to be using this trick in the future. This seems to be one of those little undocumented golden nuggets, that no one has seemed to include in their documentation.

I really learned a lot about Maven from the MavenBook produced by Sonatype – but once again, it never really showed how to start a Multi-Module project. It only states that it can be done, and gives you an example application to prove it.
